Rental fees for the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Essex County District School Board are subsidized by funding from the and is based on group classification.

Standard rates

Review the standard rental rates based on group classification. You'll need to pay a $20 permit fee plus the appropriate hourly fees based on your group classification.

*Field and Track lighting will be charged at a cost recovery basis of $46 per hour. A security fee of $28.00 per hour with a four-hour minimum will be charged for all artificial turf and track rentals.

Additional charges

You will need to pay additional fees for custodial overtime if your rental is at time when custodians are not typically scheduled. This is most often for rentals on Saturdays and Sundays.  Contact the Rental Clerk for a quote.

NSF Fee (applied for NSF cheques and declined credit cards): $25
